By accessing and using MoonApps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Permission is granted to use MoonApps applications within your monday.com workspace subject to the following conditions:
- You must not modify or reverse engineer our applications
- You must not use the applications for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
3. Service Description
MoonApps provides application services for monday.com workspaces. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
4. User Accounts
When you use our apps, you connect them to your monday.com account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com account and for any activities that occur through your use of our apps.
5. Payment Terms
Some of our apps may require payment. Pricing and payment terms are provided at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are typically billed on a recurring basis through monday.com's billing system.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MoonApps be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the past 12 months.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Termination
You may terminate your use of our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your monday.com workspace. We may terminate or suspend access to our services for violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
